These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of allensautomotiveserviceinc.com (the “Site”), operated by Allen’s Automotive Service Inc (“Allen’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), 4725 Utica Street, Metairie, LA 70006. By using the Site, requesting an appointment, or opting in to text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided to share information about our auto repair services and to help you contact us and request appointments. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or submit false or misleading information. All content on the Site, including text, logos, and images, belongs to Allen’s or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Appointment Requests and Online Booking

Online appointment requests are handled through Tekmetric, a third-party shop management and booking provider. Your use of the booking tool is also subject to Tekmetric’s own terms and privacy policy. Submitting a request does not guarantee a specific time slot; we will confirm your appointment by phone, text, or email. Please call us at (504) 780-9804 if you need to change or cancel an appointment.

Estimates and Pricing

Any pricing, service descriptions, or estimates shown on the Site or given before we inspect your vehicle are for general information only and are not binding. A final estimate is provided after your vehicle has been inspected in our shop, and no work is performed without your authorization. Prices and services may change without notice.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, Allen’s Automotive Service Inc may send you text messages about your appointments, service updates, estimates, and vehicle status. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (504) 780-9804. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes.
